Twenty Minutes

This is what I put together when I had about twenty minutes to get ready this past Sunday. I'm wearing a 50s vintage dress that I found at Hubba Hubba that I had altered, vintage motorcycle jacket, Elizabeth and James sunglasses, and Jimmy Choo pumps.
Hope you all are having an awesome week so far!

A Late Afternoon

brick5
Wore this outfit to grab some fish tacos and accompany my brother to the tattoo parlor. He got his first tattoo! I wore a thrifted sweatshirt, J Brand pants, vintage fur scarf, Karla Deras x Roman Luxe double stone ring, Super sunglasses, and Sigerson Morrison strappy pumps.

Red Flowers

This little sweater is one of my most special finds from Shareen Vintage. The purchase was inspired by one of Christopher Kane's previous fall collections where he documented childhood memories through the clothing... all I wanted was a bad ass crochet sweater after that and was so happy when I found this one.
Worn with my J Brand leather skinnies, sterling silver jewelry, and Jimmy Choo pumps.

Hair

I get asked a lot about how I do my hair and what products I use. Truth is, ever since I started growing it out, I've been really low maintenance about my locks. All I do is towel dry my hair after the shower, create a deep part, add a bit of Davine's glossy putty and twist bits and pieces throughout with my finger. Then I just let it air dry completely and voilá- a head of messy curls.

Hope this helped! If you don't have curly hair, I still suggest this putty stuff because it enhances texture and volume and holds a style very well. I definitely want to experiment a little more with my hair...dying to try some finger waves so if you know of any good tutorials, send them my way!

Icy Blue

I love it when I find a vintage dress that is simple and unfussy.  It gives me a blank canvas to work with which means I can add as many accessories as I want, whether it be a pair of statement cuffs or 50s rhinestone earrings.
Dress from Shareen, vintage sterling silver jewelry, anklet from Etsy, and Jimmy Choo pumps.

Park Avenue

Stayed warm and comfortable while in New York with my favorite vintage fur coat, a J Brand longsleeve teeAdidas track pants, Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps, YSL clutch, Super sunglasses, and Roman Luxe lapis chain bracelet. This outfit is reminiscent of my style when I was in high school. I loved wearing my bright red adidas track pants with cut-off sweatshirts and Kangaroo sneakers!

Ace Awards

Took a quick trip to New York this past Monday for the Ace Awards where the Roman Luxe team and I celebrated designers, journalists, retailers who have had a positive impact on the accessory industry. The wonderful people over at Gucci were kind enough to lend me one of their dresses for the evening...
This is one of those dresses that makes you feel sexy and elegant at the same time... I didn't want to take it off! Worn with Jimmy Choo pumps, YSL clutch, and Roman Luxe jewelry.
Some more photos that we took throughout the night: strutting through hallways, close-up of accessories, photo snapped with Ms. Saucy Glossie, and a makeup shot.

Lapis of Luxury Part 2

Here are a few more shots of pieces from the lapis collection for Roman Luxe. I love the square earrings so much- they can instantly dress up a simple white tee and jeans. I'm also obsessed with the two stone bracelet!
