This dress is definitely very major. It kind of has this cool 50s pinup girl kind of feel to it. That's never a bad thing :)
The combination of the lovely striped taffeta, the vivid bright red flowers, and the high neckline is too adorable. I think you accessorized it perfectly with your strappy sandals, silver cuff, and matching bright red nail polish.
When something is this cute and feminine, you gotta add a little bit of edginess to it right?
