I don't really post much about food, but lately a lot of you have been asking about what I eat so I thought I'd share two of my favorite healthy (and super easy) recipes...
My best friend showed me this black bean, orange, and corn quinoa salad recipe and I've been making it for dinner all summer long. It's so hearty and fresh.
Because I am an avocado fiend, I love making these spinach, goat cheese and avocado grilled cheese sandwiches. I use spelt bread and whip up my own pesto.
And last but not least, coconut water (it's not food, I know). It tastes so much better straight from the coconut, trust me.
