Winter Wonderland

I had the greatest Christmas ever- I spent a few days out in a beautiful cabin with my family this year and it was snowing!

We went sledding, tubing, and even made a really deformed snowman. I discovered I was pretty much a master (hehe) at the game Apples to Apples and I think I ate at least one tamale every night before I went to bed ... in other words, I had a really amazing time and I can't wait to do it again next year!
The cabin was so cozy and was decorated very Christmas-y...
Everyone was required to dress up for the Christmas Eve dinner, so I decided to pack this vintage mini dress I picked up at the flea market not too long ago.
The dress has an amazing silhouette- puffed shoulder sleeves and a nipped waist!
I hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas!

I'm really excited to be with my best friends (both are in town yay) and get ready to ring in the new year!

Almost

I am really obsessed with long blazer dresses right now. They're so elegant, and I especially love when they are somewhat form-fitting, but not really... if that makes any sense. The one I wore today was found at a thrift shop, it had some ugly black buttons on it, so I took I replaced them with big crimson ones!
My brother and I definitely have a love-hate relationship!
I wore the vintage dress with my current favorite shoes by Givenchy.

Coach Holiday

I've always believed in spending a little extra on a good quality handbag- especially because all of my bags have to be able to sustain my careless abuse! Lately I've been wearing this Coach Kristin Zip Top Tote and I really really love it. It fits all my junk and literally goes with everything! This bag is definitely one of my favorites...
I wore the bag with a vintage men's Dior cashmere sweater, vintage blazer, and a pair of vintage boots that were my absolute favorite back in 2006...they're perfect for the rainy weather we're having today!
To make things a little bit more fun, Coach is allowing one lucky lady (or dude) to win a Kristin Zip Top Tote in black leather! All you have to do is leave a comment with your name and email address and a winner will be chosen at random later this week. The giveaway ends next Monday and is only for U.S. and Canadian residents only. Sorry international readers! Good luck guys!

Sunday Afternoon

Had a tasty lunch at one of my favorite cafes in Hollywood with my family and boyfriend today. I usually always order the same thing- a chicken/spinach/avocado panini...
Strawberry banana whole grain pancakes... Dad's fave.
A semi-sunny day in LA!
Boyfriend's Neil Barretts- they're velvet, so cooool!

I wore my favorite scarf (can't you tell), Zara striped tee, H&M puff sleeve blazer, vintage belt, and Cathy Jean pumps
Have so many projects due this week- cannot wait until Christmas break begins!

Shaggyness

I have been quite attached to this cardigan from Opening Ceremony ever since my boyfriend gave to me for my birthday back in September. At first, it was really itchy but after a trip to the dry cleaners it became really soft and plushy.

Wore the sweater with a Topshop chiffon tutu skirt, American Apparel longsleeve leotard, and my brand new Elizabeth Taylor necklace that I found on Ebay.

P.s. I spent the last half hour reading on Jacqueline De Ribes... she's so elegant and beautiful, look her up!

Coff Books

These past few days have been more than hectic- I wish there were more hours in a day! I took some time today to flip through the many gigantic coffee table books at my school library today and scanned some of my favorite images. There were so many beautiful photos to choose from!
