Polka Face

Spotted this knitted grandpa sweater sometime last year at a thrift store in Bakersfield and it is still one of my most favorite pieces in my wardrobe- I've worn it as a dress, over cigarette jeans, and layered under fur coats in the winter.

I've already began Christmas shopping and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet! I'd like to say that I am the greatest "stocking stuffer-er" ever.

Wearing vintage heather gray sweater, Forever21 corset polka dot skirt, Acne platform wedges, vintage crocodile embossed clutch, and Karen Walker sunglasses

i dont know how to word this without it sounding weird, but you have a really nice body. like, certain shapes-- emphasis on the chest, or ass, or a boyishly thin frame-- come in and out, but they can only be described as momentarily "chic" or something like such. i think you look nice as you are, and in the clothes you choose. :)

i say this all the time, but i seriously love your style. i don't know what it is, but there's something about the way you style that makes every piece look so special, and well-designed. you could have told me that the sweater you thrifted was a $200 item, and i would have believed you.

Oh my gosh Karla, this is one of my favorites of your outfits! It's so effortlessly chic and the combination is perfect. I would live in that sweater if I had it, it looks amazing. You are impossibly pretty and have the greatest style. I love that you aren't following the "grundge" trend and staying true to the classics, but still making them your own. You are honestly such an inspiration :).

Love the pieces separately just don't like how you put it together. You're already short and the skirt riding way beyond high waist makes you look frumpy by eating up your torso. Not feeling it.

Yet another great & original look. What I can't get over is how you've managed to stuff such a giant jumper into a corset waist skirt, and still come up with a tiny waist. Gives new meaning to the phrase 'where does she put it?'
