Agreed. It's ridiculous. I live in Florida so it's even worse lol. I just wore a completely fall outfit to work recently because I just can't be held down like this. But I was peeling my blazer off everytime I went outside.

Don't you think your style is getting a bit repetitive these days?Am sure summer means a lot more than just short dresses!Though your jacket is a bit simpler here, the look is still very similar to the one in "I'll be waiting" post of yours.
Hope you bring some versatality into your dressing, and maybe you need to work on the camera angles or tone your legs cause in most of the pics, your legs appear a bit on the chunkier side!!

To the "annonymous" person who left a comment on my blog stating that my comment on Karla was "rude and unnecessary", first have the guts to id yourself when you comment, that at least lends credence to what you say, secondly it isn't imperative that everyone should drool over her and make sychophantic comments, perspectives on aesthetics differ, and I still stand by what I said, there was nothing personal there just an honest opinion on her style, which is what i guess this blog is all about and thirdly if she has a problem she will take it up with me, thankyou but no middle man/women needed!!

This doesn't have much to do with this particular post, but I feel that it's been coming for awhile. You've got great style Karla, always have. However, as of late (as in the past few months), I've really noticed this snobbish air that has permeated most of your posts, and it's made your blog unpleasant to read. Never unpleasant to look at, ever, but pretty unpleasant to read. I don't get it, you seemed like such a nice person.
By the way, I love Charlotte Russe. I don't have the kind of money you do (and you are fortunate, I'm sure you know), so stores like CR are my go-to stores that allow me to recreate my favorite looks. We can't all be like you, Karla. God knows we only try, so don't knock us down for that. I'm sure your other readers won't get what I'm talking about, and will surely try to blast me for this, but as your friend on Facebook, I'm sure you know what I'm getting at.
Back again...perhaps someday I'll be added to her list of blogs to read...

Ok, I wasn't going to say anything but I have to agree with a few of the people who may not be feeling your style of late. This is just my opinion but I find that your skirts and dresses seems way too short to actually be worn out in public, during the day, and with heels.
I am a longtime follower of your blog and I thought the really charming thing about your blog before this summer was that you dressed cute, stylish, but not overtly sexy. I understand you're evolving, as everyone does, but did you seriously wear that red skirt a few posts below out in public? Did you worry about like, the wind or anything? Honestly, I am finding less and less inspiration in your blog and it has everything to do with how flattering and how wearable your outfits actually are. I honestly hope this isn't taken as hate or anything but an opinion. You seem cool about that stuff so I don't think you will.
