I am aware of the fact that this peplum-like tulle skirt isn't quite appropriate for running errands or whatever, but I'd still like to find something remotely similar (and longer) to pair with a tailored jacket and a pair of black silk gloves.

The heels on the catwalk look higher because they probably are. It's a trick to make the clothes look longer. Most heels are higher on the catwalk than when you get them in the shop
love the earrings, big earrings rock. The purple tulle skirt is awesome, your are so brave and I love checking out the new things you try on and they always look good. You and your brother look very cute.

I don't know why but your choice of earrings make you look like Hilda from Ugly Betty (in a bad way though I do love Hilda). And not the earrings on this page the ones you've been wearing I think it's largely to do with me thinking your style is going downhill...just my opinion

I know you talk about being brave to wear certain pieces, but it looks a little forced my dear. I liked when you wore what suited you, even if there were many repeats. The heels on the runway are prototypes most of the time....designers make them "safer" after the runway shows....that's according to Mr. Lagerfeld though...also, I HATE those "shades" that Beyonce is wearing in the first scene of the Music Video. So silly.
i dont know why but i stopped wearing really big earring like those because it started to stretch my earlobe
