I love whipping up things that aren't complicated and include very simple ingredients. One of my favorite go-to recipes for lunch is quinoa tabbouleh. It is super easy to make and most importantly, it's healthy. I like it with pita bread, avocado, flax crackers, hummus, on top of a salad, or paired with grilled vegetables...
1/2 cup quinoa cooked and cooled
2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tomato diced
1/2 cucumber diced
1 bunch green onions chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
crushed pepper, add to taste
In a medium bowl, combine garlic olive oil, lemon juice, salt, cucumber, tomato, green onions and parsley. Stir in cooled quinoa and add crushed pepper to taste.
Some style tips I got from these images: ruffle-tiered skirts with cap sleeve baby tees, ankle-length shirtdresses left unbuttoned, slicked back hair, terry cloth spaghetti strap tanks, off-shoulder minidresses, Leonardo DiCaprio circa 1996 haircuts, unstructured jackets, wide chokers, matching silk sets, cropped boxy sweaters, twisted gauze fabric, lavender nail polish and nude bras with black skirts.
